Dòng sản phẩm cung cấp hai phiên bản chính gồm MIR785R-2D232 (2 cổng RS232) phù hợp cho kết nối điểm-điểm khoảng cách ngắn và MIR785R-2D485 (2 cổng RS485) tối ưu cho truyền thông khoảng cách xa lên đến 1200m và kết nối đa thiết bị trong môi trường công nghiệp. Bên cạnh đó, thiết bị hỗ trợ đầy đủ các tính năng quản lý mạng qua giao diện web như PPPoE, DHCP, cấu hình 5G, APN, khóa tần số/cell, định tuyến, tường lửa, VPN, SNMP, LLDP, NTP, chuyển đổi serial sang mạng và dịch vụ cloud. Hệ thống cũng hỗ trợ phân quyền người dùng, quản lý log, khởi động lại theo lịch, sao lưu & khôi phục cấu hình, nâng cấp firmware và reset bằng DIP switch.
